Refund policy

 

  • Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, simply reach out to us at hello@jynex.com, and we will process your request promptly. In the event that your order has already been shipped, please follow the return instructions provided below.

  • Return Policy: Under our return policy, you have a generous 90-day window to request a return after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging. 

    To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jynex.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.   • Damages and Issues: We kindly request that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and rectify it to your satisfaction.

  • Exchanges: To expedite the process of obtaining the item you desire, we recommend returning the original item first. Once we have accepted your return, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

  • European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: In addition to the aforementioned policies, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without the need for justification. 

  • Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to finalize the refund.
